    The manager Mr Suhkry was wonderful and understanding. He made my last 2 days in the hotel very good by solving the problem of my room. He deserves to be a manager and understands about customer service. The dinners were correct.

    The variety of food was sufficient to satisfy most tastes and there were plenty of activities to keep people busy. The location was also great - close to the beach and with easy access to other places to explore. Another benefit was the daily room cleaning service.

    There were too many people during the new year’s time, which made it difficult to move around without waiting in long lines. The quality of the food served was questionable and the drinks offered were subpar.

    I had a great stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was great and everything was well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful location next to the mountains. The staff were fantastic and always cute. They provided excellent service and were pretty good too assist me.

    Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

    The location of the hotel was great as it offered a stunning view of the mountains. Also, they had a nice indoor pool and gym facilities which were quite impressive. Additionally, the New Year's Eve party was done quite well.

    The service at the hotel was poor. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive. We had to wait for long periods to be served, and the quality of the food and drinks was below average. The hotel was overcrowded making it difficult to navigate around the hotel. the experience was quite disappointing and left a negative impression.

    Nestled among the beautiful mountains, the hotel provides a breathtaking view from the rooms. the service is prompt and the breakfast spread is substantial. With a serene ambience and well-maintained rooms equipped with modern bathrooms, the stay was comfortable. the hotel also has great facilities like a pool and games to keep the family entertained.

    This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious facilities and exceptional service. the private facilities were exclusive and the poolside snack bar was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. the sun loungers were comfortable and the garden area was well-maintained. the Spa and wellness centre provided a range of rejuvenating treatments that left me feeling incredibly relaxed.

    The only minor issue was the limited variety of drinks offered at the bar. Nonetheless, this hotel more than makes up for it with its exceptional location advantages.
